What's collected
I collect your email address in order to send you newsletters that contain business tips, freebies you can download and use, and information about competitions and services I provide. I only collect information that you give via email, queries, feedback, IP address + what type of web browser you use. that you give via email or other direct contact with me.
Why I do this
I do this so I can reply back to you, provide you with information you are wondering about and making sure that the content I share best serves you.
Security
The information is kept private and stored securely until it's no longer required or has no use. Any information that is on the internet can't be 100% certain is secure, and can't guarantee this security. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Details
All pricing and project details are subject to change. This informational sheet is a quote only and services are not limited to the list above. Any additional revisions not included in the original package are billed separately at my hourly rate of £75.
Due to the nature of the work, refunds and exchange are not offered. A fee of 25% extra of charge is added to designs needed quickly.
Payments are split into three parts, 1/3 being paid before the project start date, 1/3 in the middle and the final payment is paid before any final files are delivered to the client or website is launched. The first payment is due upon contract signing and required to hold your spot in my schedule (non-refundable).
I retain the right to post about the projects on my blog, portfolio, and also use it for promotional materials.
Squarespace, which comes with hosting and domain must be purchased by you, the client. Printing, font license and photos are not included in any of the prices but can be added to the final invoice - which I help you with.
Please note that I ask all clients to stay on time with their responses, feedback and client responsibilities such as completed questionnaires, website content, images, etc. Any delays to the submission of this information will cause your project to be delayed and, in some cases, may result in additional charges.
It’s the Client’s responsibility to check for grammar and technical accuracy and that the Designer can’t be liable for errors. If errors are found after the final approval that extra costs can be incurred.
Design
The Wildly Design is a sole trader business owned and managed by Hanna Mathilde. I have created the website with Squarespace, and offer branding, graphic design and customised Squarespace websites. Contact me on hanna@thewildlydesign.com if there are any issues or you want more information.
