Frequently asked questions

  • Yes! We deal with everything and at the end of projects record videos how you can update designs and sites yourself. However, we are also here for future updates and can help.

  • If you want to have an amazing looking brand then you need more than just a logo. Our Brand Identity Package includes everything you need and something we will discuss during our discovery call.

    However, if you are on a budget, but still want to look professional, our Design Intensive might be the right option for you. For those on a smaller budget, we highly recommend checking out The Logo Shop.

  • For all projects, before we start creating a deposit needs to be paid. Last payment has to be paid before final delivarables are sent. We use Stripe, a secure online payment that takes credit and debit card.

  • We offer custom made websites and have our own developers or can work with ones you have. For most of our clients we recommend Squarespace or shopify. Shopify is amazing for e-commerce sites, while Squarespace for smaller e-commerce sites.

  • You don't have to worry about complicated tech stuff and lots of logins and making sure it's done right. We help you and guide you along the way. If you have a domain already, we will redirect it to the new site. If using Squarespace, it has a monthly fee of £10-30 a month. This includes hosting, free domain for the first year, customer service support, functions/plugins and regularly integrated updates. You also get 20% off when we set this up for you.

  • For all our services we make sure that you have time to provide everything needed. When it comes to the website we recommend getting some photos taken and we also give you guides for what type of content the site needs. We have an amazing copywriter if you need help with the writing.

  • Yes that is what is amazing about this! Once the website is done you will get customised video recordings on how to use your site. It's super easy, and we encourage our clients to update their site regularly.

  • We offer retainer packages and day rates depending on how much work you need. This includes creating more guides and workbooks, print material, social media marketing designs, extra changes to the website or more pages, etc.
